Appointment Of The New Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) for Tuah Group

Tuah Group announces the immediate appointment of Ir. Azan bin Zainuddin as the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of Tuah Group, following the sudden and untimely passing of our Executive Director, Ir. Ahmad Nazwan bin Mat Zin.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of our late Executive Director. His leadership and contributions have left a lasting legacy at Tuah and he will be deeply missed by all.

In ensuring leadership continuity, Ir. Azan bin Zainuddin assumes the role of GCEO with immediate effect. With a strong background in Construction & Engineering, and executive management, Ir. Azan bin Zainuddin is well-prepared to lead Tuah forward during this time of transition and beyond.

As part of this leadership transition, we will be announcing further changes to selected key leadership positions in due course. However, we wish to emphasize that these changes will only affect a few roles within the key leadership function and the overall group structure will remain unchanged.

Ir. Azan bin Zainuddin will work closely with the all the Key Leadership, Directors and Shareholders of Tuah to maintain operational stability, uphold our strategic vision and guide the Group through this transitional period with resilience and clarity.
